Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We usually ship all the orders for standard and in-stock products on the same day or next business day. Deliveries requiring shipment are processed through United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). If your order requires shipment via freight truck due to size, weight, volume, or material handling, delivery will be arranged via freight carrier and the estimated time of delivery will be communicated with you.

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We provide prepaid return labels for all returns.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Return shipping cost belongs to the customer unless any problem with the product (damaged or defective)

    Please Review All Sprayable Paint & Related Products Before Using Them. There will be NO MONEY REFUNDED on any mixed paint, sprayed paint & related products that were used to paint a vehicle or any other substrate.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    We do not accept returns in following cases:

    - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jerzyautopaint.com and send your item to 521 Lexington Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011

    Shipping

    To return your product, please contact us to get a prepaid shipping label. You should mail your product to 521 Lexington Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011 with provided shipping label.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    OUR RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY FOR CUSTOM PAINTS: We hand-mix and sell OEM-spec paint (the paint color your car was manufactured with), and we guarantee our paint to match any ORIGINAL factory color per OEM specifications. However, this color may vary slightly from your vehicle's paint color due to vehicle paint fading. As we have no idea how badly your vehicle's paint has faded, WE DO NOT WARRANTY PAINT MATCHING ISSUES DUE TO PAINT FADE. Therefore, in order for you to get a refund or exchange on your purchase you need to send us photo proof that our paint was formulated/mixed incorrectly. Generally, we will gladly refund or exchange purchases for situations such as red paint was shipped for a blue vehicle. BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS WE SEND WITH YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAINT APPLICATION TO ENSURE A QUALITY APPLICATION. Additionally we strongly recommend Clear Coat for your paint purchase as it not only protects your paint, but more importantly Clear Coat has a significant impact on color/sheen matching. If you receive a defective product or partial order, we will be happy to fully fulfill your order. Because we create customized make-to-order paint products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as 1) ordered the wrong paint 2) ordered by mistake 3) don’t need anymore 4) found cheaper elsewhere, etc. Your return, if accepted within our returns policy, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
