SEM 38398, Scuff & Clean Sanding Paste is specially formulated for cleaning and scuffing panels prior to refinishing or blending and assists in removing road grime, wax and grease. The new and improved formula has a better sudsing action, easier rinsing, and will not settle out while holding well on a vertical panel. Scuff & Clean Sanding Paste floats contamination away while leaving a fine uniform surface scratch to allow for proper adhesion of repair and refinish materials.
