MetalFill is a ready-to-use metal patching compound designed to fill deep holes, cavities, and imperfections in metal surfaces. It air-hardens quickly, sands smoothly, and delivers a clean, professional finish.

🔹 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean and prepare the metal surface

2. Apply one thick coat only, max 1/4" thickness per layer

3. Allow to air dry for a minimum of 24 hours

4. Heat cure at 425°F (218°C) for 20 minutes

5. Sand with 80–120 grit, finish with 320 grit

Heat curing must be completed prior to powder coating
