GenTec GTP500 High Build 2K Urethane Primer, Gallon Kit, Gray, 4:1 Mixing

GTP500 is a 2K high solids, high build primer surfacer with excellent filling and sanding properties. A tight chemical cross linking ensures optimum holdout and minimizes sand scratch swelling.

Kit includes; 1 gallon primer with quart fast hardener

MIXING RATIO
Mix four (4) parts GTP500 base with one (1) appropriate activator. May be reduced up to 25-50% with applicable reducers. Build of material is dependent on amount of reduction. Accelerators
May be used up to 2 ounces per gallon (optional). Pot life will be compromised

Dry mills per coat 2-3
DRY / FLASH TIMES
Air Dry at 77° F/25°C
Flash between coats 10-25 minutes
To Sand 2-3 hours (light coats), overnight (heavy coats)
To Topcoat 10-25 minutes
